1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your use of Voxhum (the "Service"), operated by Altforge (CNPJ 47.224.485/0001-60) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. The Service
Voxhum provides automated, AI-generated feedback on your spoken-language practice from audio or video you upload or record.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload or record. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload your content, including the consent of any other person whose voice appears in a recording.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of it to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service and its AI-generated feedback are provided "as is" and "as available", may be inaccurate, and are for learning purposes only — they are not a professional or certified language assessment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or as required by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without removing any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
